I'm not sure which issue you are referring to - I can see the latest query regarding a problem with your bank feed resolved quickly.
I run my own business. No employees. There's plenty of YouTube videos on how to do this and once it's set up its pretty easy to maintain. I switched to Xero partly out of curiosity and because it's easy to give my accountant a view of the books too.
I am pleased with it, especially the reporting tools. The support service is great. My niggles are: I can't connect all of my bank accounts and it is a bit fiddly to set up - consistency of how you categorise each transaction and 'contact' is key.

I asked about XERO's add hoc reporting features, and the ability or otherwise of including subtotals within reports. I received a very quick response to my queries. The answers provided were detailed enough for me to provide required information. I was also provided numerous links to learn more about reporting Excellent.
The product and the service. Only been using XERO for over a year, and the product although excellent, they are always working to make it better. Great to have you with us! Not user friendly at all. You in fact have to write them a message and wait until the next day for an answer.
There is no phone number you can call. They expect help to be given on their time and not yours. This is the first time I have had to keep my own books and I would not recommend this to anyone like myself that is inexperienced.
Using Xero made the whole process incredibly difficult and stressful and I still haven't managed to get it right. Useless to me and its not exactly the cheapest book keeping software out there. I'm sorry to see you're not having a great time with Xero : We've put in a lot of research and testing and received much feedback about our support process and the majority of questions are answered immediately by material in Xero Central with the option to come to our support team as you did.

Xero's recent change to their Contacts form led to bank account information being displayed in a way that I felt was confusing for users trying to input the information into banking apps. They gave me a really simple solution. Always important to let us know about your experience so we can address it : -OG. Shame really good software but very over priced I will be leaving and going elsewhere. Well go I will. Hi Dot - I am so sorry you feel you weren't listened to! I'm also sorry that the price you're paying for Xero doesn't match the value you could get out of it - whether that be time savings or accuracy or collaboration with your accountant etc that is often hard to put a price on. We do ask that you raise a query first via Xero Central so that we know what you need help with so that we can get the right person to help - which may be a chat on the phone which you've experienced.
